Good to know
You would redeem your ticket with EZ Kayak Tours. You will see a cargo trailer with a huge logo that matches your e-ticket. You must present your ID along with your e-ticket. Name MUST match. No nicknames are allowed.
What to expect
Upon arrival, your kayak (single or tandem) will be set up for you, along with a vest, kayak paddle, bilge pump, dry bag, waterproof phone case, and an optional sun hat at no additional cost. Please provide your ID to confirm your information matches your waiver.
You will go through a checklist for the rental equipment to ensure it is returned in the same condition it was rented out (damage-free). Most individuals kayak for about 2-3 hours during the summer, but you have the rental for a maximum of 5 hours.
Kayak rentals are self-guided and self-paced. You will NOT have a guide with you the entire time. If you are a beginner or want more safety, consider joining us on a guided kayaking tour.
Additionally, we provide professional guides who can instruct you for the first 10-15 minutes if needed, to ensure you know how to kayak properly.
